21. Refunds & Returns

All refunds and returns are processed according to our official Refund & Returns Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • Refunds are issued only as digital Gift Cards (store credit) equal to the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).

  • Gift Cards are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

  • Cash refunds to the original payment method are not available.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending products back to our returns facility.
