Estimated Delivery Times

  • International delivery times vary and may be longer due to customs procedures.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Peak Season Delays
During peak times (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take an extra 2–3 business days.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping details before placing an order. Christmas-usa is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costsmay apply. Refused or unclaimed packages may also incur a restocking fee.
