We want you to love your experience with Christmas-usa. That’s why we offer a 90-day hassle-free return policy. To keep holiday pricing sharp and fulfillment fast, refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all components.

  2. There are no signs of damage or misuse.

  3. For hygiene-related items, the product must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  4. Returns due to defects must include photo evidence taken upon receipt.

  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  6. The return will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned package.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears used, damaged, or incomplete.

How to Start a Return

If your order meets the above conditions, please email us at info@christmas-usa.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product and the packaging

  • Your full name and address

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please do not return the item to the sender address — it will not be accepted.

Shipping the Return

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • You must use a trusted courier service and provide a tracking number.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund using store credit.

Important Note

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
If your package is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please wait until it arrives and then follow the return process.
- Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

We offer a generous 90-day window (many brands allow only 14 days). To make this possible during the holiday season, all refunds are provided as Christmas-usa Gift Cards, valid for 7 days after issuance.
